Dear all, I am struggling to use annHeatmap2. I have to say that documentation is quite bad for this function and the whole package. For instance: how I can force the colormap/colorbar to be symmetric around 0? This is fundamental when using the function with gene expression data expressed as log2 fold change. Thanks,
Have you looked at the functions doLegend() and niceBreaks() ?
If you're stuck with this particular package, you can also try contacting the developer(s) so that they know they should improve the documentation.
Finally, there are plenty of other options for heatmaps in R.
