Database for transcript and protein quantities?

The Human Protein Atlas is almost exactly what I'm looking for except that the protein abundances are labeled as "Low", "Medium", "High". Is there a database with both precise protein quantity measurement as well as transcript levels?

You can get protein abundance estimates from PaxDB. It does not have transcript levels, but you could source those any RNAseq database of your choice (including the Human Protein Atlas).

Yeah, I figured I might have to do that. It'd be ideal if all the data came from the same source, but getting precise measurements of every protein level in the proteome as well as the transcriptome across multiple tissues is no easy undertaking.
