Dendrograms production assistance

I was able to produce three cluster files using Plink on my genotypic data. I now want to produce dendrogram and need some assistance regarding the same.

You'll need to give us more than that...make your question more specific than "do this for me". Searching Biostars for Plink dendrograms turns up this post.

SIr, I am new to using plink. following the documentation of Plink, I was able to form three cluster files from my snp genotypic data. Now, I need to plot a dendrogram from the cluster files. I need to know if there are any formula that i am missing or any other way to form dendrograms from this data..
