Hello everyone,
I am currently working on a program to extract orthology data of Orthoinspector OrthoXML files.
The problem for me is that I don't know which species is compared to the other species (I can't determine the base organism). The files seem to have all the same number of species entries and the species seem to be always in the same order. The name of the files is not helpful as well, because they are just numbered from 1 to 261 (Orthoinspector Eukaryota dataset). I could not find a Mapping file on their website either.
Is anybody experienced with this data and able to help me?
