Hello folks,

will be grateful for your comment. Maybe someone had come across this. I am observing a strange behavior of jellyfish: it hangs on a multi-core server (in a Trinity pipeline), basically stops using CPUs and runs forever. The pipeline is in a VirtualBox Ubuntu 14.0 (BioLinux 8). I cannot overcome this, whatever done. Recompiling the new version independently of Trinity plugins, linking the pipe to the new executable, or version 1.1.10 that comes with BioLinux does not change things. Jellyfish just does not go. Resources are enough: 120Gb RAM, 16 CPUs. Will be much grateful for a possible solution.
