paired sample in ENCODE RNA-seq and ChIP-seq

How do I confirm that RNA-seq and ChIP-seq are actually from same sample for encode?

I found many RNA-seq and ChIP-seq for same biosample term are actually from different sample. Is there an identifier for encode to pair RNA-seq and ChIP-seq?
