How many mapped reads is considered as significant in Kraken

Dear all,

I have used Kraken in Galaxy for classification of a microbiome DNA sequencing sample.

My first problem is that Galaxy could not complete the job when I chose the bacteria option.

The error message told that the server cannot allocate enough memory.

However it could complete the jobs when I chose plasmids and viruses.

I have another question. How many mapped reads on plasmids or viruses must be considered as significant? several

reads have less than 10 reads per taxon.

In addition I cannot understand why in the output there are several zeros in the number of mapped reads column.

I will appreciate any advice
