Help Installing Latest Version of Htseq-count

Hello,

I'm trying to install the latest version of the htseq-count (0.6.1) so I downloaded the HTSeq package found at this website (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/HTSeq) and extracted the files. Then I ran this command to install it, python setup.py build. But when I go to run htseq-count, I still have my old version of htseq-count which is 0.5.4. So I'm not sure if there was anything I was missing or forget to do because I wanted to use the latest version?

Have tried installing with pip? Recommended:

pip install htseq
