Hey All, I am new to R programming. I would like to have some help with the following query. I have two .txt files having SNP data (say file 1 & file 2 ). File 1 has 2 columns and file 2 has 3 columns. I need to use file 1's content to match with that of file 2 and return the entire row of file 2 to me of the matched objects. I believe i should be using loop function for this but i have difficulty in how to go about with it. Help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
