Hi Hellow every One, I want to ask simple but conceptual question. I have List of DEG genes from Mouse and I want to compare them with MGI data DO disease data set against human orthologu DO disease terms associated genes and then do hyper-geometric test for this data. I have compared my Mouse gene list data with MGI DO disease (Human) associated genes and now I want to do hyper-geometric test. I know this Population Size: P = Number of Successes in Population: p = Sample Size: S = Number of Successes in Sample: s = I have the total number of DEG list genes DO disease associated number of genes from the DEG list of genes total number of probes of list of genes before DEG and after normalization so can some body help me out to tell which of them is P,p,S,s?

Thanks in advance
