LocusZoom and new_fugue ERROR: new_fugue did not complete successfully (for GRCh37)

I'm trying to run LocusZoom through terminal for GRCh37. Installed LocusZoom (Program + database + LD files, 2014-06-20, 1.3) and new_fugue into the same folder and run command inside the folder locuszoom/bin: ./locuszoom --cache None --metal /path/plink_result --refsnp "rs1457114" --markercol "SNP" --delim "" --pvalcol "P" --flank 400kb --pop CEU --build hg18 --source 1000G_June2010

Error: new_fugue did not complete successfully. Check logs for more information.

Could you help please how to avoid this error? Or at least where can I find logs for new_fugue?

Thank you! I've tried to apply recommendations from the link --no-cleanup: ./locuszoom --no-cleanup --metal /path/plink_result --refsnp "rs1457114" --markercol "SNP" --delim "" --pvalcol "P" --flank 400kb --pop CEU --build hg18 --source 1000G_June2010

But I still can't see log files, Use a more recent panel like 1000G doesn't work for me too because my data is on GRCh37.

What is the error you are getting now ? The most 'recent' version of 1000G is 2014 on locuzoom so I think you will be fine.
