We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to work in the Cancer Research UK KHP Centre at King's College London, which focuses its activity on three themes: (1) tumour microenvironment, (2) immunotherapy, (3) patient profiling and imaging.

The aim of this three-year post is to develop computational methods for the integration of cancer molecular data (genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, cyTOF).

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Francesca Ciccarelli at the Francis Crick Institute.

The post holder will have full access to the High Performance Computers of King's College London and dedicated computer infrastructure within the Cancer Research UK KHP Centre.

A PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Quantitative Biology or equivalent is requested. A strong background in statistics and previous experience with genomic data is essential.
