I am trying to do alternative splicing analysis for Arabidopsis thaliana using altanalye software. But for this species, RNA-Seq option is not available to carry out further analysis. Can anyone guide me ?
Or is there any good option available to do alternative Splicing analysis for Arabidopsis thaliana?
