Hello everyone

I'm trying to transcriptome analysis of macro-algae using de novo assembly. However, I have some problem that is removal of bacterial sequences. l used bbsplit for decontamination into my NGS data previous study. So, I search for decontamination of bacterial sequence using bacterial database in NCBI with bbsplit. But, I cannot find any information I want. Then I tried downloading bacterial database in NCBI, however this is so big database. Could you tell me how can I remove bacterial sequence with bbsplit using NCBI database? If you know alternative methods for decontamination of bacterial sequence, could you tell me that method?

p.s : When I search for decontamination, I get to known about deconseq. I tried to deconseq-web version and failed. (they said uploaded file size is not larger than 2 GB. However, my NGS data size is over 2 GB)
