Hi, I'm doing blastx using nucleotides aligned sequences to find out similar non-redundant protein sequence . Here I have a question, I want to know that if the proteins that are found out are from the same genome or not, which means if they share the same accession number. Is it possible to do that ? I can see that the refseq protein number WP_ are annotated, but how do I know their nucleotides resources. Many thanks
