Hello,

I am trying to order an arrayed variant library from a gene synthesis provider, and they require the full cDNA sequence to be provided for every variant we want synthesized. We have 100+ variants for each cDNA, and the annotation of each variant (both amino acid and genomic position), but I'm not sure how to generate the full cDNA sequence for each one of these variants. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

what is your definition of a variant ? is it coming from a VCF file ? what are the annotations.

We have a list of clinically observed variants from TCGA (exported from cBioportal).

For example:

KRAS G12D chr12 25398284 25398284 C T
KRAS G13D chr12 25398281 25398281 C T

etc.
