I have four healthy samples which are hybridization capture based of targeted regions from Illumnia machine. I need to pool and normalize them to use these samples as "one single control sample" any simpler way to do it. I am learning. Thank you
What kind of analysis are you going to perform? Depth of Coverage?
Yes and also to use it as a further reference of control sample
I think there are software packages available to work in this way, such as ExomeCNV
