Hi, i am new a new to bioinformatics field and currently i am doing the HADDOCK web server docking via the website below:

https://www.wenmr.eu/wenmr/haddock-web-server-tutorial

However i faced two problem:

First, when i try to compile the ProFit program using MingW in window cmd, it shows undefined reference to 'WinMain'. I am doing the compiling as suggested by the website below (http://www.bioinf.org.uk/programs/profit/doc/node3.html#SECTION00031000000000000000)

When i search online, it says unable to link to the entry point, but i still don't completely understand how to solve. This is the link of website i go through: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5259714/undefined-reference-to-winmain16

Second, when i running the run_all.csh, a script provided from the tutorial under cygwin, it show ARCH undefined variable. I have try all troubleshooting and still cannot solve it.

I will be much appreciate if anyone can kindly advice and explain.
