Hello!

I'm a biochemistry student working on trimming sequences from Illumina so I want to install FastX-Toolkit. I'm using bash in a Windows 64 bits'pc but I can't find the pre-compiled binaries corresponding to this operating system. Can someone help me?

AFAIK bash on WIndows is an Ubuntu flavor, so you should be fine using any regular linux x64 binaries or even an Ubuntu specific one. Not sure if you can use the sudo apt-get install though.

EDIT: Turns out you can use sudo apt-get install fastx-toolkit on bash-Win10
