i need to know the formula to apply in hadoop for the calculation of p value to know the expression level of the same.
Ehm I think you need slightly more than a formula, do you have any experience with analysing expression data?
Your question also needs a lot more information on the data you have, organism, how the data was generated and what the aim of your project is.
