I had predicted the targets for miRNA using TargetScan and miRTARBASE. The result obtained is confusing me,how to shortlist the good targets and based on what condition i have to select the best one.
It would help a lot to past the data at which you're looking. We don't know which metrics you have downloaded from these databases.
