Dear all,
This is my first trying to install R packages on Bio-linux.
I have tried "install.packages(packagename)", "apt-get install packagename" and other methods but I could not install the packages.
When I tried "apt-get install packagename", I got the error message:"unable to locate package".
Can any one guide me how to solve this problem?
