Hi all,

It is very common to perform clustering analysis when plotting ChIP-seq. signal as a heatmap (e.g. around TSS) for finding regions having similar pattern across different samples. Are there any heatmap plotting tools which can do a biclustering, which allows finding regions having dissimilar patterns?

If inputting ChIP-seq. signal calculated from tools like deepTools for biclustering, does anyone know which software or packages are suitable? (I've found some tools designed for analyzing gene expression and I'm afraid their algorithm is not suitable for ChIP-seq.)

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!!
