Blast for ortholog (Homo Sapiens) protein sequences for multiple query

Dear All,

I run the protein analysis in Unreviewed database for Canine familiaris. In result I received a lot of uncharacterized proteins (around 100). Right now I want to do the sequence similarity search with Humans for them. Do you know how to perform the multiple query blast at once for those 100 proteins by Uniprot Accession number?

You could use the blast web server at Uniprot. Not clear which direction you want to go with the search.
