I'm looking for downloadable mzML (Mass Spectrometry Markup Language) files other than the ones available at the mzML 1.1.0 Specification site http://www.psidev.info/index.php?q=node/257

Proteome Commons stores a pretty large repository of publicly available data:

https://proteomecommons.org/data-browse.jsp

Searching by entering 'mzML' in the 'Description' box in advanced search returns just 9 data sets, but I guess it's 9 you didn't have before...

You can check the SVN of the reference implementations for test data, although there may be some overlap with the ones from the mzML spec site, especially for pwiz:

http://open-ms.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/open-ms/OpenMS/source/TEST/data/

http://proteowizard.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/proteowizard/trunk/pwiz/example_data/
