Hi,

Trying to use seqinr to create a FASTA file using the write.fasta command but in the final results I cannot retain the annotations of each sequences

write.fasta(finaldb,names(finaldb),"mydb", as.string=TRUE)

script working perfectly itself - my finaldb that I use as input has all attributes - names, annotations intact, but I lose annotations in the put "mydb".

HELP!

Chris
