Hello, I need help getting my data into Bioconductor and comparing differential gene expression using several packages. I'm looking for someone that could tutor me, via Skype or similar, paid of course. I do not have access to any courses or other people using R and although I've taught myself the basics, I'm stuck when it comes to the actual analyses and getting the data formatted and loaded into Bioconductor packages. Can anyone help, someone who has experience with these analyses? My data is all GeneSpring outputs, normalised expression values.
