Off topic:Statistical test to find significantly different values among pairs

Hi,

I have some measurement values under control and case conditions:

1 2

3 1

2 6

4 1

3 14

10 8

2 2

2 6

1 23

2 11

25 5

What statistical tests are suitable to find rows with values that are significantly different? For example a test confirming that there is a big difference between 25 and 5 in the last row compare to other rows, therefore 25 and 5 are significantly different from each other.
