Problem with blast2go input file

Hello everyone,

I'm new to using blast2go and I have a basic question. I would like to load blast result that showed in _fmt6.tx file and run GO mapping. But I can not download the file. What should I do or if you have some guidance, please let me know?.

What do you mean by showed in _fmt6.tx file. How did you run blast? What output format you had selected?
