Hi guys,

Does anybody know how the p-values for eQTL are calculated in GTEx? or where I can find more documentation about the analysis. For example, how the rank normalized gene expression was calculated.

Did you check the GTEx Documentation? Under "Analysis Methods", there is an "eQTL Analysis" section.
