Adapter Sequence for HiSeq4000; Trimmomatic

Hi guys! Just wondering if is anyone here knows what is the adapter sequence used for Illumina HiSeq4000? And if that adapter sequence is included in the list of the adapters of Trimmomatic? Thanks.

It is not the specific Illumina platform that determines the adapter, but the kit that was used. Please find out what kind of data you have and how the library was prepared. Most commonly, people use standard TruSeq or Nextera adapter kits.

The adapter sequences should be the same for all Illumina instruments.
