NGSadmix not generating .qopt file

I am trying to run NGSadmix on a cluster through a SLURM script. Everything looks okay with the beagle file, but the output just gives me the .filter and .log files and I don't get the .qopt file. Also, the .log file looks incomplete in the sense that I don't have the log-likelihood value and a few other lines.

What is the command you are using? Did you check SLURM stdout and stderr files? It seems your run may be getting interrupted before finishing.
