Hi everybody, I used genefu package to obtain the PAM50 subtype classification of TCGA breast cancer samples. I would like to add the claudin-low classification and I tried with the sbt.model ="claudinLow" parameter but, using the same matrix as for the pam50, it does not work.

my_claudin<-molecular.subtyping(sbt.model = c("claudinLow"), data=expMatt, annot=annot, do.mapping = T)
Error in data1[, gg.uniq, drop = FALSE] : subscript out of bonds

Can anyone give me advices? I am desperate. Thank you
