Hi,

I have a question. I am working on an enzyme and I want to lower its km for its substrate. Rather than to directly proceed towards wet lab analysis, I want to take benefit from Insilico services first. Can you please search that which tools can help me in the best possible way. Moreover, I want to avoid command line tools. Your expert opinions will be greatly helpful to me.

It's likely that you will have to get your hands dirty at some point on the commandline.

For now, you can make homology models of your enzyme (I assume the structure is already known?) using MODELLER:

You can then do ligand binding studies with tools like AutoDock:
