How to study open promoters are correlated with high expression using MNase and RNA-seq data?

Hi all,

I have two sets of data, one from MNase and the other from RNA-Seq data. Both experiments were done in the same condition. I want to see whether open promoters are correlated with high expression. How can I do this analysis? Any idea is appreciated.
