Closed:R "object not found"

i am new with R i run these lines they worked perfectly when i run first time but second time this error"object not found" appeared

RNA1_seq <- read.delim("C:\\Users\\hp folio\\Desktop\\files.tsv")
dim(RNA1_seq)

This is just one case but it is happening to me mostly lines are perfectly right but object not found appears
