Off topic:How can i use Rstudio or MATLAB to analysis those data

Hi guys, I am a new code learner, i have some troubles in data analysis.

like this, i want to choose boat speed in 0.5-7, and heading changing more than 5 between two coterminous points. boat points in each excel have more than 65000 points so it's impossible choose points by hand. How can I extract data by R using Gaussian Mixture Model (GAM) function?
