Hello Guys,
Do you recommend any good database that can show which variants of mRNA are expressed in certain types of cells to be able to eventually find the most dominant variant among several other variants for some particular gene of interest?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by 'variants of mRNA'? Do you meant splice isoforms?
