Multiple bioinformatics positions are available in the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine at the University of Hong Kong
Applicants should hold a PhD/MS or BS in computer science, biomedical science, bioinformatics, or related field. Programming or scripting experience in R, python, perl or any high level language is essential. The position provides an opportunity to learn the nuances of cutting edge Bioinformatics and next generation sequencing. The projects will involve clinical cancer omics in active collaborations with clinical partners.
