Associating pmid Tags

Hi,

To find anatomical relations of two brain regions such as "Pre Frontal Cortex and Posterior Parietal Cortex" two regions from the articles of the corpus in semantic scholar using its available api s - The problem is of two parts -1. text mining and the other is, 2. associating its pmid tags.

I have downloaded all the relevant articles of 36GB from Corpus https://labs.semanticscholar.org/corpus/

Please guide me with the codes for extracting and associating pmid tags.
