Question: How to get individual admixture fraction from microsatellite data

Hey guys:

Suppose there is a reference database of microsatellite data and the populations where the reference samples are from. Now, there is an individual sample with microsatellite data which is known mixed from the populations mentioned above.

How to get the fraction of each population of that individual based on its microsatellite data?

I tried structure, but seems slow. Also I am not sure softwares like admixture design for SNP data could work on microsatellite data.
