Hello everyone. I am currently trying to perfom some analysis on transposable elements and needing some recommendation on what type of analysis I could perform to establish that certain vertebrates had evolved from certain ancestors using either the transposons present in both or one of the organism or using RNAi in the organisms. is this achievable? what can I do? one of my organism is a basal organism and the other is a vertebrate. I would appreciate your contributions. Thanks
