Hello, i am using two dataset, one is .CEL files i normalize the intensity with RMA, but my second dataset also from MAS5 software but the format is different, by looking the data we can easily classify them with presence ('P') and absence ('A') of particular probe_id. Is there is anyway to produce my first dataset in the form of second one.
