Validation of Mutation Drug Scoring(MDS) algorithms on clinical trails data

Hi, I am working on Mutation drug scoring(MDS) and to validate the MDS algorithms I need clinical trial data. In the paper that i am following clinical data is taken from NIH(https://clinicaltrials.gov) and FDA(https://www.fda.gov).
