hi all are there any software or methods for calculating ANI (average nucleotide identity) and DDH (dna dna hybridization) and gANI values for eukaryotic species
At least to me your question is unclear, as it is not obvious what you are looking for and which data you have. As a rule of thumb: if your question fits in one sentence you probably didn't explain your problem enough.
I am trying to confirm the results of a phylogenetic tree, for that I am looking for these parametric parameters (ani, ddh, gAni), I already did the same thing with prokaryotic genomes but for eukaryotic genomes it does not work, my question is what there are parameters for confirmed the results of an MLSA
