Hello,
I was trying to install MultigeneBlast Software. So for that, I downloaded its Linux tar.bz file and untared it and then was trying to run it by mgb_gui Command, as it is given in its technical support documents. But its showing that command not found so I used ./mgb_gui then is it's showing some FontConfig error (enclosed Screenshot).
I updated all the FontConfig packages but still its showing error I am using Ubuntu 18.04.
Please help me to resolve the actual issue.
Are you using a XWindows enabled terminal?
Have you tried running it without the GUI?
Please edit your posts with the direct image link, or the embeddable HTML, as your pictures arent showing. If it is an error message in text, please copy and paste the text, not a screen shot.
Thanks for replying. No, I am not using a Xwindows enable terminal. No, yet not. I tried to run it by using command ./mgb_gui.py and it was working. Now I will move forward to use it. If you aren't using an XWindows enabled terminal you cannot use GUI apps.
When you upload you image, you need to copy the direct link or the HTML code. A site like imgBB should provide both. If you use the direct link you will need to use the insert image button, if you copy the HTML you can simply paste it in directly.
