A postdoctoral position is available immediately for a well trained and experienced computational biologist with first hand experience in single cell/nucleus analyzes (SEURAT, MONOCLE, etc) to participate in the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative - Human Cell Atlas and NIH NIDDK funded consortia to identify mechanisms of human kidney development, injury and repair. The successful applicant will have strong programming skills in relevant computer languages (R, Python, etc), a productive track record of relevant publications as a graduate student and strong communication skills to facilitate communication with diverse members of our research teams. The position is within the McMahon group in the Eli and Edythe Broad Center for Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Research at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles (https://mcmahonlab.usc.edu) see also (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/biorxiv/early/2019/06/18/673335.full.pdf). Salary dependent on experience.
