I need to represent the patterns of esteffects, so I have a csv file where column 1 contains nodeID and column 2 contains patterns of esteffect values. Please suggest any appropriate type of plot that I can use to represent these data. Here, is the example file. For instance 1.67+00 is one of the pattern with n628333, n555689, n171674 node ids.
