Hello!
I am looking for the information about the current state of single cell DNA sequencing. There are even the complete courses dedicated to the scRNA-seq, but the sequencing the DNA of single cells are much poorly described. Are there any comprehensive reviews about it's current state and the hottest ideas?
Now I'm going though the links of the wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single_cell_sequencing
and direct google serach. Also find an interesting webcast: https://www.workcast.com/AuditoriumAuthenticator.aspx?cpak=4117659951158076&pak=7724438455544185
but I need more. Can anyone help, please?
You can find 10x single cell DNA sequencing web site at: https://support.10xgenomics.com/genome-exome . Their de novo assembly protocols are described here: https://support.10xgenomics.com/de-novo-assembly
With a well known researcher in London, I recently processed Silicon Biosystems single cell whole genome sequencing data from Circulating Tumour Cells and matched White Blood Cells (lymphocytes / leukocytes). The data quality was actually good and I was able to determine whole genome copy number profiles.
