Dr. All, I need technical consultation from you. I have done assembly for my raw reads (working with WGS of Bacterial Spp) and I used PATRIC tool for my assembly. My question: Is there any free online tool to evaluate this assembly? Thank you

QUAST is one option. If you want to be more thorough there is BUSCO.
